It was an honor talking to Jason Newsted, bassist that played in legendary bands such as Flotsam and Jetsam, Voivod, and of course, Metallica !! Currently, he is releasing an EP called “Metal”.
Newsted was really nice, telling us all about the beginning of his career, his influences and, in a historical moment for Wikimetal, gave us the details of the invitation he received to join Metallica. On top of that, we asked how was it to play with the legend Ozzy Osbourne. Amazing !
